Our Journey

Urgent Prayer House (UPH) was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019. In a time when the world was facing fear, isolation, and uncertainty, we saw that the need for prayer was more urgent than ever. During a time of physical distance, we turned to the powerful truth that prayer knows no boundaries.

At first, we doubted the effectiveness of praying from a distance, but we soon discovered that in the spiritual realm, there is no such thing as "near" or "far." Through prayer and deliverance, distance does not reduce the power of God. We saw the miracles, the breakthroughs, and the healing happen — and this is when we knew our ministry was on the right path.

The Revelation We Received

We learned a profound truth that has shaped our ministry:

  • Distance doesn’t diminish the power of prayer.

  • True power comes from being spiritually strong and dedicated to the Lord.

  • Spiritual warfare requires authority, commitment, and full surrender to God’s will.

During the pandemic, while others were avoiding physical contact, we were interceding from a distance, and we saw God move in mighty ways. Miracles, healing, and breakthroughs became our testimony.

The Mission of UPH

We are enemies of the dark forces that seek to destroy lives. Our mission is to stand in the gap for those fighting spiritual battles they can't win alone. From financial struggles, emotional pain, chronic illness, to broken relationships, and everything in between, we stand firm, fighting for your freedom and healing.

The majority of problems happening in this world are caused by dark forces. Many are trapped in cycles of divorce, addiction, violence, despair, and spiritual oppression. Drug addiction, murder, and failed marriages — all of these issues stem from the spiritual battle we face daily.

Why UPH Is Different

Unlike many, UPH doesn’t offer simple prayers. We offer organized, powerful prayer that goes beyond the surface. Many pastors and spiritual leaders today no longer dedicate the time and energy needed to engage in spiritual warfare. They may pray for you, but in most cases, it’s just a minute prayer before they move on with their own busy lives.

But we believe that prayer is the key to overcoming dark forces, and it’s the only way to break the chains holding people back. At UPH, we don't make empty promises. When we say we will pray, we will intercede for you live and in real time. We are not just asking God for help — we are fighting with the authority God has given us, claiming the victory already won through Christ.

From our humble beginnings, UPH has now expanded globally, reaching those who need prayer the most. We operate remotely, connecting with individuals worldwide through live prayer sessions, offering deliverance, healing, and spiritual restoration to anyone in need.

Our representatives are spread across continents — in America, Africa, and Asia, standing firm against the powers of darkness. We are constantly growing our network, making sure no one has to fight alone.
